total bs...same thing with the lawsuits filed against tobacco companies and fast food restaurants...everyone knows the risks associated with these things...on a different note...the family of the transplant victim that passed away a few days ago is filing a malpractice lawsuit against Duke University medical staff...now i know they fucked up bigtime, but does that mean her family should get multi-millions and live in a mansion??? I can see some compensation... I don't know but it just seems that these lawsuits are outta handComment

the US should review its law about pursuit like it was done in Canada.
