Hello, I'm 23, 6'0", 216, I'm pretty big but would like to get bigger, and am considering starting using, I used 1ad and got a little bigger in my arms and shoulders but not much. I'm curious to know if at this age I should start or not. I can gain about 4-5 more pounds of pure muscle but thats about it, from the workouts I've been doing. I go on and off from heavy, light and high reps. I have not done much research, just on the side effects, but not on what I should actually use. Maybe you could give some names to use what would be the best to start on. If at all. This would be very helpful thank you.
