Yeah it will hurt in biceps. Start with 1/2 cc and work up. Also, inject ver slowly to reduce facia tearing. That's why you are sore. The facial in the bicep are smaller than muscles like quads, gluted, delts, etc. The bigger the muscle, 'usually' the bigger the facia. I would just drop your pants, sit down in a chair and hit the middle top part of the ourter quad. Don't hit from the side, hit from the top. Then alternate with left and right and hit lower and upper on the quad. Depending on how much you are doing you can probably get away with doing only quad shots. If you are doing say 6 different shots a week, then you need to hit other muscle groups.
Yes, it's ok to train but it's going to hurt like hell. I did once, only once. Now, I hit biceps and inject real slow, then, when I'm about 1/2 way done, I pull the needle out 1/2 way and shoot the rest in a different facia. No probs with doing it this way.
