with the older oman blends this was the case definitely. the new blend is EXACTLY the same as sustenon... the effects (water retention, estrogen sides) are identical. this has been since 2000, so it's not that new actually.

the russian susts are very nice... i used them back in 2000 (4 a week; the only thing i used) and it was one of my best ever.
