Glucophage is actually a type II diabetes medication. It's function is it decreases liver glucose production, decreases intestinal absorption of glucose, and increases insulin sensitivity by increasing peripheral glucose uptake and utilization.

Where it comes into play with use in HGH is when our blood glucose levels start hovering a little too high for comfort. HGH will interfere with the liver's ability to uptake glucose, and makes all of our cells somewhat less receptive to insulin and less able to uptake glucose for fuel. The net result is that HGH forces our systems to release and burn more fat for fuel ... thus one of the mechanisms of its leaning out capabilities.

If you need to use glucophage (Metformin, FortaMet), I would start out with taking one of the 500mg tablets per day ... and in two week intervals increase by one tablet (up to ~2000mg max) until your average BG levels look reasonable again.

I would certainly be as conservative as possible with the glucophage ... it can be really rough on your GI tract ... and long term use kidney and liver function are considerations. I wouldn't use it for too long without having some tests run to ensure full, safe function of those systems.

SVEN opted for my deluxe direct cranial implant. He no longer has to resort to the more archaic methods such as printing. He should now be a walking encyclopedia on everything peptide.
