315 FOR 14 REPS ON BENCH
365 FOR 8 REPS.
405 FOR 5 REPS
AND WENT TO INCLINE:
225 FOR 10
315 FOR 9
365 FOR 7 AND WAS PIECE OF CAKE AND I TORN MY MUSCLE UP..IT HAPPEND LAST NITE.
MY POINT IS THAT TREN GETS U VERYYYYYYYYYY STRONG
