This is absolutely incorrect. 50mg's of Deca a week can and will shut you down.
bro i totaly know ur pain... im in the same boat as u are.. but im not on fina just test and eq..
ull learn how to work things out with your elbow... i get the same pain in my left elbow on chest days also on tri days... even on squat days ( dunno why from holdin the bar ??)
i started taking glucosamin sulphate ( sp??) and i swear it helped ALOT... i take 100mg morning 100mg at night ( caps) and on the chest days i wrap the elbow so it wont hurt... u gota really watch ur form bro, may be even stick to smith matchins for a while..
bull 100mg? u mean maybe 1000? i have been taking 1500mg ed of glucosam. and it did help for a lil while and then it went back... that's why i'm taking 100mg deca now.....

i havnt had any problems w/ my elbow for a while now its really great... is the deca helpin?
been only 2 weeks now (with deca)... i guess i have to wait few more days... (the pain has stopped somewhat tho, but i don't kow if it's from the deca or sometihng else..)
Your crazy man. Fina si deffinately one of the best things i've used. I never had a problem with any pain, but i agree with pudgy. It could be the jump in strength. Watch yourself one thing you don't want is to pull something. That will ruin a cycle and more importantly put you out of commision for a while.
