  • Fina Sucks!!!

how severe is joint pain from fina supposed to be? ive been on fina/cyp cycle for two weeks now, strength is through the roof from fina but my elbow's pain is debilitating at times. it was minor until i worked chest today and then it got very very severe. there was some points when right elbow hurt so bad i could barely grip bar with right hand. this is first time using fina and at low dose 37.5 ED instead of 75EOD to keep blood levels up there. absolutely no sides yet except for this. im gonna see a doctor but if this shit dont let up im gonna have to drop the fina and up the test cuz it hurts!!! im not being ***** either, at times it feels like someone is pulling elbow out of socket.

are you sure the pain isnt from your joint not being used to the weight your lifting ? "strength is through the roof"

your muscles adapt to weight a lot faster than your joints bro.

good point pudgy, ive never had this dramatic of strength gain so quick. always been cyp for me in past and that takes much longer to get going, on the other hand i have lifted this much weight before, i just got done trying to cut up (AS free) and lost like 30% of my strength so im now getting back what i lost but it has been awhile since ive put this much strain on body.

pain is not from fina..... it meas just that it's working (ur getting stronger) but ur tendons aren't strong enough yet to support ur muscles... that's how u get tendonitis...

Every bodybuilder with ANY sort of joint pain should begin these immediately and plan on making these a staple in his lfe FOREVER!!! (You're actually better off commencing usage of these products prior to experiencing any probs/pain)

                Glucosamine Sulfate/HCL
                Chondrotin Sulfate
                MSM (a "natural anti-inflammatory")
                Flax Oil
                Vit C

These address the root of the problem and ACTUALLY repair the damage!!!!
                The juice is loose!!!

u may want to switch to some deca and these minerals:

                  Whey
                  Glucosamine Chondrotin
                  MSM (a "natural anti-inflammatory")
                  Flax Oil
                  Vit C

use machines if the weights hurt too much, then finish up with the tren.
the information given here is from a fictitous image of false creation and does not exist! I have majical powers too.

                    Hey pudgy nice new avatar.

The joint pain everyone is telling you is real but not from fina itself. This is why most gear afficionados will caution you to train naturally for as long as you can and take your body as far as it can because gear will add muscle to you fast and your strenght will increase fast however anabolics cannot help joints grow to accommodate the extra load. There is just no way that joints and tendons now having that much extra load added can keep up.

Deca does offer some joint pain relief but when the deca is done, the pain will return. There is also a supplement sold by Metagenics called Collagenics. Mostly used in holistic medicine as well as ART therapists (Active Release Technique), it helps keep joints and tendons healthy.

In addition to Instense's/Juice Authority's suggestion, I also recommend B6 and Vitamin E for nerve recovery as well -- nothing like a pinch nerve from the added stress of joint pain.

Why is everone so quick to recommend Deca??? I just dont like how hard it shuts you down! Deca will work well on lubing up your joints but if you're hurting bad now and about through with your cycle it's probably too late now. The deca will take a few weeks to get in there and work on your joints well.

Deca, nubain, pain relievers, sports creams, cortisone, prednisone, IB prof, inlam in general----the pain WILL return.

THE SHORTHAND GUIDE TO JOINT SUPPORT

                      • First of all, train correctly!
                      • Take glucosamine sulfate in dosages of 1,500 milligrams (mg) per day (three 500-mg doses, two of these in the morning and one before bedtime). For faster results, take 1,000 mg twice daily.
                      • Take chondroitin sulfate in total daily amounts of 800-1,200 mg divided over two doses.
                      • Take hydrolyzed collagen in doses of 10 grams per day in powder mixed with any liquid.
                      • A combination of the above three supplements should work synergistically. Try taking all three together.
                      • Give yourself at least eight weeks to feel benefits from these supplements.
                      • Use them for six to 10 weeks at a time, several times per year, or, preferably, year-round.
                      • Make sure your essential mineral and antioxidant intake is up to snuff.
                      • Give some of the other supplements listed in "The Rest of the Story" sidebar a try for extra relief.
                      • Make sure you are giving yourself enough recovery time between workouts.
                      The juice is loose!!!

MSM worked well when i was on fina/winny/prop...you need to take like 4g/day though and it takes a week or two to help

you might have rupsured a bursa sack in your elbow. Everybody has lots of little sacks in their joints and sometimes they pop. I just poped one the other week it will go away soon. Not a big problem. Give it a little rest for about a week and go easy for another week after.

100mg a week is often enough to stop the pain and keep the joints lubed up... and 100mg alone won't 'shut you down'... 300mg+ will tho (for most people)...
