          funny u brought this up, I was just talking about this today with my room mate who is also using EQ with me. Today, we both thought the samething. I would eat a large meal, 600 cals or more, and 10 minutes later i felt like i had not eaten all day, my stomach was growling and my room mate said the samething happened to him as well.

            i try to eat every 2.5 hours. works out to about 8 meals (incl. shakes) a day.

                yeah man hunger pains let u know somethign is happenin, tall tale sign of the juice flowin like the missisippi on a summer day lol, sometimes ill wak eup in the middle of the nite and make a wedge cause my stomach will be burning an di cant go back to sleep, i love it though cause when your off u just can eat like that u know, your good eatin liek 4 times a day, but on i eat like 8 lol... so let it burn!

                  Dude, I'm always hungry on a bulker.....just eating like that in general tends to get your body craving it continually
