    im gonna start a new routine and its gonna consist of 1 day early i nthe week with all basic hardcore movements. ie, squat, deadlift,power cleans, etc...havnt really werked it out but will hit all muscles(or most)...with one full day of rest with much food.....the rest of the week i will hit each muscle once so basically ure hitting all muscles twice...looking foward to switching it up considering ive been doing 2 muscles a day foreveerrr
