For the best results go to a good plastic surgeon who is board certified and a member of the American Borad of Plastic Surgery. Most plastic surgeons will give a free consult, or for a small fee. Ask before making an appointment if they have done this procedure before, how many times, and if they have before and after pictures, and not just on obese men, but men of normal weight to height proportion. This way you can get a clear indication of the surgeons skills. If they are reluctant in giving you answers or numbers, move on to another Dr. Here is a helpful site. www.plasticsurgery.org -

Once the male breast glands are removed is there a 100% chance that you will never get gynecomastia even progesterone induced gyno again??
