Iam 195lb, 5'7"about 11%bf, and of course ya all know im old 46yrs. I keep my deca low because of atrophy and it is easier to recover post cycle. I have found doing alittle bit for me works much better than say 400-500mg/wk, as it shuts me down very hard. Got to take care of yourself and watch the dosages when you get older. Especially if you want to stay
I run deca with every cycle and always with a test. i've been over 600mgs a week without any sides but don't thinks its necessary to do so and dont know that it made that much of a difference anyways....
I ran it with test a few cycles ago and since then have run test only cycles and i defenitely grew more with the deca....however, running the 2 together does bring out gyno for me as well.
highest i went up to 600mg....300-600 is the best dosage..(i liked it at 600 anad that is what i have been doing)
