im having some serious pain in my right elbow. i hear fina can cause joint pain. what can someone take as far as supplements to try an lube up joint? i want to exhaust every possibility before going to doc. thanks
No supplements ever helped with joint pain for me. I would always have to just load up on the anti-inflammatories and keep hitting it. Ice occasionally as well.

I don't really know a whole lot about fina sides, but everyone I know has some joint pain right now including myself , I think it's just a mild case of flu. I've been noticing it for about two weeks now and some days are much worse than others.

I'm glad to hear someone else say that. On another thread, they are talking about these items like they do miracles. I thought I was missing out on something.
