Injections: Fast or Slow?

I know some of you jab the pin into the muscle very quickly, and some go in nice and slow...I'm the nice and slow kinda guy, I just tried to do the 'jab' method, but I coouldnt bring myself to it

I' a nice and slow guy as well. I tried the jab method once and hit a nerve or something. Fuck. Never again.

yeah, me too. then i like to get that shit shot up in there as quick as possible w/o hurting myself.

1" for quads is the norm and 1 1/2" for glutes. i only do quads and will never do glutes. ever.

I stretch the skin taut and push the needle in nice and slow.

Once the needle pops through the outer skin I can’t even feel it going in. Sometimes I can hear the needle piercing through the muscle (which is kind of freaky) but never feel anything other that a tiny pinch when the needle initially breaks the skin. Unless I hit a nerve…that’s a whole different story.

Just like the health care people do it, I go FAST and aggresive on the jab....just pick my spot, and smack it in there! I use 1.5 inch for everything but site injections (shoulders, quads, ass and tris its all 1.5 for me)

Ditto! I have only ever shot quads and I use a 25g 1". My last cycle I used 23g, 1" but I must say I like the 25g better. It takes longer to push the plunger in, but I like that.

Oh yeah, I go in nice and slow.

slow and easy sometimes have to move back up and angle a little when I hit something.. I used to shoot glutes, but now I shoot quads only... thinking of some bi injects next time I cycle..

haha. yeah, 25G 1" quad shot nice and slow. only way to do it...great minds think alike. lol. i have preloads from a friend i got a few weeks into cycle that are 23G 1" BD....but i changed out the needle with my terumo 25G....i was skeerd of the 23G hurting more.
