    lets hear them

    what did you guys accomplish this year for yourself in bodybuilding?

    increased squat #'s
    made bi's grow
    back got wider
    first time insulin user with success
    new bench record

    what was that one or two events in 2005 that let you know you're still making progress

    went from to 275 bench to 385 bench in 2 months. most i have ever got in my life. Only PH's as a helper and im not that big.

        Took my first cycle back in Jan 2005. Gained 17lbs and kept about 12/13 of it!

          bench max at 470..
          and shoulder presses 345 for 2 reps

              dead lifted 500
              squatted 500

              hopefully ill add 100 to those this year, and hit 315 bench.

                  I finally was able to bench over 200lbs...

                  I lost any of the little amount of body fat I had and got alot more ripped. Gained atleast 1/2" in almost all aspects.

                  Finally overcame my shoulder injury!

                    shoulders a little wider
                    arms a little larger
                    back a little wider...very happy w/05 progress.
                    now 06?...legs, legs, and legs (WITH A SIDE OF SHOULDERS)

                          bench is at 225 for reps now!!
                          shoulder press went up to 185
                          shoulders are very squared and blocky
                          back is thicker and has a good v-taper

                          but i am still a baby bull
                          Don't worry about life, you're not going to survive it anyway.

                            used again after a 5 year layoff!

                            so many goals set... nowhere near any of them
                            so fresh and so clean clean
