how do you split your winstrol

if taking 50-70mg of winstrol a day, do you typically divide or take all at once, I have always taken at once, but I thought I would get some of your opinions

I'M TAKING A 100MG A DAY.10MG PILLS. 4 IN THE MORNING 3 IN THE AFTERNOON 3 AT NIGHT

Yeah^ I would typically take more in the am and equal amounts mid-day and evening.

I only have 50 mg tabs so I just take one a day.

its usually better to split doses because it can hit your system hard and do more damage if taken all at once, especially if taken along side many other aas. winny harsh on the liver, better to be safe and split it just like any thing else

it also has a shorter half life so if you split it up evenly throughout the day you should be able to mantain a more stable blood level instead of it rising and dropping which leads to more sides. I just added BD 50mg tabs and I split them down the middle for AM/PM

Winny should be taken twice a day due to the half-life. If you have 50mg tabs just cut them in half.
