  • skin vitamins

    I just bought some niacin,or vitamin b3. The lliterature on this said it was good for skin, but i couldn't remember if it was this or vitamin b5. B5 has a different name to but i'm unsure of it. Is niacin ok or what do you guys use?

    b5; also know as pantothenic acid is good for acne.

        ive never heard of b3 to tell you the truth..Vitamine A is also very very good for acne.

            I heard ala is good for skin and scar reduction?
