I have to disagree with that because if it goes on his medical record and he ever needs to change Medical Insurance or Life Insurance they will see it and consider him more risky.
My personal opinion, tell them you knew a guy your age who is going through dialisys and he just freaked you out. You know, better to know than to find out the hard way. Or, tell them you had a friend taking the same supps you are and his levels were high and you wanted to check yours. If they ask what, just tell them PH's or something.
