Alright, I know Im going to get *****ed at for this but, I havent been working out lately. As I posted the other day, I got rid of all I owned, quit my job and moved to another city. I moved where my bestfriend lives to help his Dad open thier new restaurant. Im the bar manager there and Im averaging about 85 hours a week. Im pretty damn tired from all the work and dont even know where the Gold's is in this city. We hired another bartender so Im only going to work nights and a few mornings for now on so I'll have time to get in the gym. Besides "wasting" a cycle am I hurting my body? I was thinking since Im not working my body muscles so much maybe my organs are working and getting huge or something? Haha. Im just worried. Also Im not just sitting around doing nothing, Im carry boxes of liquor and wine all over stacking things, running to the storage room for a nice bottle of wine, ect...

Re: Not working out on a cycle????
There is one up side no one pointed out and that is you wont lose much size or strength until u do get back in the gym.
I have ran cycles before when i was injured to hold on to size and most importantly strength and was never disappointed.

Re: Not working out on a cycle????
You know, that's a good point. People talk about atrophy from not lifting but I would imagine if your anabolic levels are high, then the level of atrophy, if any, would be minimal. It makes sense if you think about it. I'm sure everyone here has known the guy who looks like a Mens Health model and find out the dude doesn't workout. I've known a couple of such guys. One was built really well, not big, but very lean and good muscle bellies. NEVER lifted weights in his life. Another guy I knew was a gentic freak. He partied all the time, he had chroic insomnia (never sleeps, seriously, he nevers falls completely a sleep), and only went to the gym 2-3 times a month. This dude had guns, pecs, back, you name it. He looked like a gear user. He said his dad was the same way, never workout out ever but looked like he does all the time.Originally posted by AlmostThereThere is one up side no one pointed out and that is you wont lose much size or strength until u do get back in the gym.

These guys either had higher than normal anabolic levels or they had defective myostatin genes, or both.
