                      It is normal at the end of urination to have a milky or cloudy liquid come from your penis. This is your body getting rid of unused semen. It is possible during #2 as you put it for the same to occur and leak out.

                            MY PROBLEM WAS DUE TO MY PROSTATE. IT HASNT HAPPEN AS MUCH AS IT FIRST DID. ITS GETTING BETTER SINCE I STOPPED ALL AAS

                                No Skar. Stinging Nettle is an herb used mostly for its antihistamine properties for sinus. Solaray does make excellent saw palmetto and they also have a combo of Saw Palmetto and Pygeum, which is derived from the bark of an African evergreen, and is used in conjunction for a healthy urinary tract. These herbs are the most commonly used for maintaining a healthy prostate and urinary function. I use it ed 600mg.
