so last summer you were 160 and right now you are only 130. what happened? juice aint going to do shit for ya. not flaming you bro. how did you lose 30lbs.? you act like you can eat whatever and howevermuch and not gain weight but you contradict yourself by telling us you used to weigh 30 pounds more than you do now. Gain that back plus an addition 20+ pounds and then you might not want to juice.
If you only weigh 130lbs you have along way to go before you should juice. My older bro is like you. He has a hard time putting on weight but got to 180lbs. Just make sure to eat aleast 6 meals a day and get lots of protein and carbs.

If you cant keep weight on from food, juice will do nothing for you. Well here's a lil tip for you. Stop overtraining. If you are really a hardgainer go to the gym 3 times a week. MAX! The traditional push, pull, leg day system should work well for you. 5 days a week for a hardgainer? Damn even if you split up the bodyparts that's alot of days to be in the gym. Your muscles grow when you rest them not when you train them. Keep your workouts to an hour at most, hit it hard, than get out, make sure you are still eating EVERYTHING in sight(especially quality calories) and grow.

I with you guys 100% about the food, good diet, hitting the gym as hard as you can. I'm going to do it... I don't think it's a magical pill to take either I just want extra help. I'm not trying to give it a bad name! I'll eat the 6 meals aday and eat the protein bars and shakes and anything else that your supposed to take, but I still am going to take something else I just was curious what is the right kind??? And is there a supplement that can slow done a persons metabolism?
I agree with you guys I used to not eat red meat at all, I would train and not get bigger. My boy said I have to eat meat to get bigger. Now if I were to see a cow walking around I would kill it right there and cook it for dinner. I have gained about 30-40lbs in a 8 month period.
