Whats your BMR? How much are you eating? Whats your heigh/weight/age and how active are you? Whats a typical daily dietary recall for you? What do you eat right before bed? How big is your breakfast?

Can you describe your training regimen? BTW, don't take this personally but I don't like your handle, it kinda reminds me of that other Aryan supremacist Dixieboy. Oh boy.

Now I see. It's just that this board is pretty diverse and your handle might offend people.

honestly for the next week carry a small notepad with you and write down EVERYTHING you eat. At the end of the week sit at your comp and tally it all up. You need to be eating close to 200g of protien every day at your current weight. Its all about the food for gaining weight. Nothing else matters.

I'll try that to see how close I get to 200g but what about Roids what is the best to help put on the weight?

Lean red meat is good for hardgainers like yourself. Spiderbaby has a great idea there, record your food intake, keep a training log and list other misc. activities and we'll try to help you and go from there.

                            do not consider juice, yet...

I was in the same boat as you a year ago, 145 and 6'1", I thought i was eating enough, turns out i was not constantly, consistently, consuming the proper nutrients to grow.

I would not gain any weigh no matter how hard i hit the gym, until i ate 5-6 meals a day with two protein shakes or weight gainer every day. No slacking on weekends what so ever, no waking up saturday morning and first meal at 12:00.

eat at 8, 11:30, 3', 6,9 and throw the shake post work out and one more before bed. trust me it took a long time for me to realize my eating habits were not good, but now i am 185 (not huge or anything) but very happy with where i am.

I already did last summer it was nice I went to 155-160 felt good and I want to do it again I just wanted to know what is a good kind and that will really work for me and how bad the side effects are when taking it. I'll follow the diet plan as recommended and everything but summer is closing in
