However, you don't have to take things so personal. It was never about you, it was about defending Mike, but I don't think you understood that. If you did, you wouldn't have gotten so defensive. From your defensive position you started calling the MOD's names. I think you need to relize that not everything is about you, directly. When someone disagrees with you, you take it way too personally instead of looking at the fact that other people see things in different ways.

deca at 300
anadrol at 75
igf1 at 40mcg and last month at 80mcg
clen at 120mcg
winny at 100mg
halo at 30mg
t3 no more than 50mcg
suspension at 100mg
lasix no more than 40mg and aldac no more than 25mg a day

decem 12 to janua 7 at 75 mg of anadrol and weekend off
december 12 to march 31 test at 1000mg 500enan and 500 cyp
december 12 to march 31 deca at 300mg
december 12 to january 7: 40mcg of igf1
december 12 to january 14 :winny 100mg ed
jan 15 to feb 18 is halo at 30mg
feb 19 to march 31 clen at 120mcg 3 days on and one day off...instead of doing 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off
last 4 weeks igf1 at 80mcg and suspension at 100 mg a day to fill me back out...

and first 4 weeks deca and test and anadrol and igf1 and winny to fill me out wt androgen to stay full and then i will drop off teh anadrol and igf1 and add teh halo to harden my gain from anadrol and igf1....
and after that i start cutting wt t3 and clen along wt tet and deca and suspen to fill me out faster.......and the food is clean and cardio is on as well......
now i weigh 218-223...will keep u all updated every 4 weeks and i'am gonna try to take some pics every 6 weeks
