Novice wanting advice on getting started

I wanted to know what you guys think about starting on a Deca Winny stack (8-10 week) finished with clomid? Sound Good? Probably start at 200mL and go to 400mL of deca.
Any Advice or warnings are very, very appreciated!

Im 18, 215lbs at 18%bf. Been lifting for about three years (only serious for two) I'd like to bee 220lbs at about 10%bf and you're correct about the mL and mg things, im in a chemistry class and I must of been thinking about the fact that water is 1mL=1g (not mg's though, i realize) im guess i thought they were interchangeable? its says my thing was posted at 9:30am but it was really like 3 in the morning and i was getting tired. I'm glad your concerned about my AS knowledge, thanks!
the reason i asked about getting them is that Im a smalltown boy and no one is on them in my gym

I think you are trying to say that you want to do 200mg and not 200ml a week, etc.

steroid questions

whats up guys, I'm an 18 yr. kid whos interested in taking winstrol injections in order to gain effective muscle mass and fat loss that I will keep. I have been researching non stop for the past two days on side effects and other related problems. I am worried about getting acne because I am prone to getting it now. I have heard that winstrol is water based therefore will not cause acne. What gains should I expect and what side effects. Oh yea and one last thing I also read that for the most part steroids stunt an adolescents growth but that winstrol can actually help an adolescent reach thier peak height. I would really appreciate any suggestions or advice. Thanks.
