Good suggestions above but... I like to add in hcg 500iu's a day for twenty days. Then clomid as suggested above. I feel tamoxifen is not needed at all. wont hurt but not needed.A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have. -Thomas JeffersonComment

you need the nolva for sure just to have on hand if you get a gyno flareup. if someone brushes by you and you want to murder them because your nips hurt really bad, thats when you start taking the nolva. you may or may not be prone to gyno, but its always safe to have it.
you can use nolva only for pct, but as a first cycle (i'm presuming its your first) i'd use clomid and nolva together just for peace of mind.
hcg isn't a bad idea either. get some for the middle of your cycle up until a few days before pct to bring yer nuts back to normal
