  • How is your diet like at the moment everyone?

    Personally I am eating a good amount of foods that are both clean and that are junk as well. I start my leaning out diet again full blown in March/April.
    Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......

    It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......

    The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step......

    Pain is weakness leaving the body......

    i eat failry clean most of the week, and go kinda nuts on the weekends. Ill clean it up good when i start to cut in late march.

      Im clean as hell bro. Been trying something a little different. Rotateing LOW fat, HIGH carb/protein eatting every 2.5 hours with low carb HIGH fat and protein and eatting every 2.5 hours. 2 weeks one way 2 weeks the other. Its working pretty well. Im maintaining strength and loseing the bodyfat pretty well.

        supper clean... 4500 cal or more... about 350- 400 g protein and about 100 or more of good fat... more like 120g ED.. carbs about 500 too

        i started calculating my intake again i was goin a little of the track

            pretty clean, 6 meals a day, 2 protein shakes, lots of chicken and turkey. i'd say 4500 cals.

              Eating alot of clean foods. Chicken, many different kinds of fish, eggs, and protein shakes for protein. Oatmeal, wheatbread, and yams for carbs. I keep my protein and carbs high and fat low.
