i say use it as a guide but it is far from the gospel. tren got a 9 on sides and a 10 on size gain. i get more sides and gain a whole lot faster from dbol. everybody is different"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

yeah, that thing should be used strictly as a guide. you can call bullshit on a lot of those ratings. i remember about 3 years ago when i found that, i saw the sides on anadrol and was like "damn, i'll never do anadrol" bout to do it in a week,lol. said the same thing about DNP, done it too,lol.- TestifyHey, I never saw a skinny bodybuilder before - eat away!
