say you have a 5000 i.u. vial. put 2ml bacteriostatic water in there, then you have 2500 i.u. per cc. that's how you want to measure it, by how much water you put in there...

the insulin pins i got were 1cc, so going to the ".50" mark on the pin got me 1250 i.u.

the water it comes with usually isn't bacteriostatic. you will need bateriostatic if you want to store it in the fridge.

I dont suggest using it post cycle, as it is suppressive to your natty test, so therefore you are defeating your purpose.

this is a very good point... and from my post on how i used it it may seem like i used it for PCT, but i didn't.

i started 5 days after my last injection from a 24 week cycle that consisted of very long esters. even though the ester on EQ is about 16 days and the ester on test e is 10 (or less, whatever), 16 weeks of both will lead to a good buildup in my system, one that would not likely clear until 3 weeks or so after my last shot.

so, even though i had stopped taking AAS 5 days prior to taking HCG, there was still PLENTY of AAS in my system.

things may be a bit different with shorter esters, so you would have to judge based on what you had been using.

once again, this is just my way of doing things. it certainly worked very well for me, but i won't go so far as to say it is the best way; i don't think anyone can lay claim to the best PCT therapy methods cause noone really knows.

i just know that taking nolva/clomid during the HCG period protects me against estrogen sides, and taking it for three weeks past my last HCG shot guarantees that HPTA is restored.

I have used it both ways.

The article that says use it post cycle is most likely out dated, because the info sure is.

Using it during cycle worked far better at keeping my "boys" full and from becoming atrophied. I started using HCG (during cycles) in week 3 ans ran it up until PCT then dropped it.
I shot it twice a week, one time I did it mon. and thurs. and the other time I shot it on sat and sun. I didnt notice any difference. they both worked well.

Thats the main thing is to make sure you stop the hcg before starting clomid therapy or nolva which ever you choose.

Has anyone shot 5000 IU's before, instead of 500 IU's? What happened?

Shooting that much at once is a good way to get gyno started. Running to much puts you at risk for gyno.

But, throughout ur cycle ur running anti-e's, to stop production and stop the converting. Even with all this precaution it'll produce gyno?

Running it at the proper dose you shouldn't have to worry about a thing. I was just responding to that mega dose question.

All this is new to me. I always thought you took it after a cycle for 3 weeks and then start PCT? So I'll drop that notion!!! Now for a 15 week Test Enanthate cycle at 500mg/wk, you guys are saying I should take 500 I.U twice per week throughout the cycle? Or weeks 13 to 15 start taking 500 I.U's twice per week?

Throughout the cycle.
That keeps your testies from shrinking in the first place rather than trying to bring them back to size at the end.
