If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I love shooting quads, biggest muscle so no worries. I hit my delt and drew blood and went back to quads. I have short arms, so its easy for me to just sit and hit quads rather than try to reach around myself. I also do alot of driving so qlutes kinda hurt after awhile.
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
using hc gear is prolly your problem. with all the drama with him i don't understand why anybody use his gear.don't wanna get into a pissing match over it though,but ya'll should know that his gear just tested out at about 50% of label claim so you might wanna check yours. the test are over on osbb.
Prion, just try hitting the quads and pecs - they are two of the larger muscle groups you have. They are not bad, in fact they are my 2 favorite places to hit.
To be honest to you i only do glutes and sometimes tris/bias nothing else. If you rotate you should not have any prob unless you are doing alot on ed or eod injects. This is also why i only use hg product, unless i know a really trusted cook once in a great while. Like i said though and trust me, ice paks, motrin 2 tabs twice ed and massage. It will disapate in time, but it may take awhile, just so there is no change in color or extreame pain. also reason i don't do legs is because if there is a prop like bac or infection it can spread quite quickly in those areas and once in a great while you hear of someone taking too long for treatment and then they wind up without a limb. I know many ppl like to go cheap, but it is not always wise.
