I just wanted to get everyones take on this. I work out normally 6 times a day focusing on each body part every day so i get more than enough rest. And this has really helped me grow over the last year without AAS. My kids are older and i have more time to spend at the gym and i am just wondering if you still need to worry about muscle fatigue when you are on cycle? Or is it cool to just push it trying the muscle twice a week. Just wanted to see if you guys change your routine.

Yeah i change up normally every 3 months. But i just want to make sure that when i change up this time and i start to hit my legs twice a week or shoulders twice a week i won't be lossing anything cause they aren't getting their normal rest. Its not the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog...
