clen e.d - 2 weeks on clen then 2 weeks eca or xenadrine and you can alternate like that upwards toward 12-14 weeks. But keep your protien way high otherwise you will expierience catabloism. your cycle might look like this
clen: 40/40/80/80/120/120/120/160/160/160/160/160/160/160
XEN: 6 a day for 2 weeks
and so on for 12 weeks
You dont have to go that high with the clen - that is the max dose i like it but find ur limit shakes ect.
As far as changing you name i would pm gearedup and ask him - he runs this thing - my only guess.
