More to the point, now that life permits it I'm starting back up. Done 4 cycles(test/eq/deca/dbol) in the past but it's been a couple years so receptors are clean. As a welcome back cycle I want to start with lower amounts and build up to the full cycle so my question is this...
Would 500mg of Sust/week for 15 weeks (standard recovery) be worthwhile? I plan on frontloading 1g the first week to get the blood level up.
Stats:
6'3" 210 pounds. body fat is higher than I like (12%) but can lose quickly. still in good shape for an old man of 33 :p. (Relax Rado)
Figure 1.5g of protein/pound and 3500-4000 cals a day should keep actual fat to a min, nothing I can do about water retention though.
