Clomid works well in blocking the negative feedback of estrogens, to stimulate the release of LH. In turn, it signals the testicles to increase Testosterone. However, if estrogen levels are significantly decreased post cycle, then it may appear that this won’t help the production of endogenous testosterone as well as some may think.
HCG on the other hand, bombards the body with extra LH. You now have endogenous and exogenous LH activity, which would in turn cause an increase in Testosterone production.
