What little secrets? They take a lot of test, eat a lot of food, and lift heavy on basic movements. I think the main thing is, they don't care if they get fat in the offseason. They just shove down calories like nobody's business.

They have trainers like Charles Glass to help them....
I dont think may/any pros know any more then a lot of the vets on the board. They have the genetics to back it, but their is no secret way to take test and will make it work better as test (other then taking a LOT of it....lol)
The drugs are all the same, they just use more and have more variety then a lot of people.

It's not easy, it's simple. There's a difference. Trust me, there's nothing easy about eating 500g protein everyday.
A lot of it is time, too. You basically have to keep doing this shit over and over for years and years.
