    Should I stick to 400mg or go to 500mg of deca?

    I have more than enough to do 500mg of deca/week. Should I go with that or just stick to the average 400mg/week?

    Im on

    500mg Test E /week
    500/400/g Deca /week
    50 mg weak dbol/day (lol)

    400MG IS FINE

      Yes, waht Fuzo said, but some ppl also do well on 300mg. It all depends on how well your body reacts to it.

          higher than 600 mg is a waste that is for deca

            I don't think it would make a major difference.

                400mg will be more than enough to yeild the results you are looking for. At 500mg,, you would be looking at some serious shut-down.

                      400 mg for couple of cycles and then bump it up to 500mg..
                      do 400 mg for now
