hi i was thinking of running my next cycle for 12 weeks i have been off for 8 months and my last cycle was for 12 weeks,
week 1-5 30mg ed d'bol
week 1-12 500mg e/w sust
week 1-12 4ml e/w deca
i want to vary this cycle as i want to gain about 7-8lb of lean muscle but dont want to carry much water so want to replace the deca for something else, what do you all suggest? i was thinkin along the lines of

week 1-12 500mg e/w test
week 1-12 500mg e/w eq
am open to any suggestios and alterations, i have been dieting and watching what i eat for the last 8 week, and have dropped from 18% bf to around 12-13% bf, so like i said, i want to gain aobut 8lb of good muscle by the end of my cycle. im 24 5'10 and around 185lb.

milk thistle, cranbery extract) takes several weeks before you will reciceve the full beneifit of them so start taking them at least 2 or 3 weeks before you begin your cycle and drink tons of water, which also help you keep it a lean mass cycle.
