just got back from the doc's and she told me that i need steroid injections for a knee problem, as you can imagine i was over the moon when she told me, i asked her what steroids i would be having and she told me methylpreondolone & lignocaine, never heard of either, has any one heard of these and what i really want to know is am i getting free gym juice to help me bulk????
