At 18 I took creatine.......before creatine, I was benchin 285, and after, I got to 315 naturally, but that was 5 years ago....I would say creatine is your best bet, but stay away from anythin else, you might waiste your money.....all the gains I've made today have been without steroids, cuz Ive only used them for 4 weeks now.....stick to protein supps and creatine man, you'll put mass on easy with those n the right training
