test only is best for a novice because....you dont need much to grow at first. A low dose of test will do the trick. Then on your future cycles, you can start bumping the doses and adding compounds. Also, you can see how you react to diff drugs. If you get gyno while taking test and deca together the first time...how do you know which one is doing the damage.....Now if you run test solo, and no trouble, but on your second or third you add deca, and you get a ton of sides...well you figure it out!

i agree. Ill just stick with the test only
