i don';t........but in order to get massive like those pro..u have to stay on but u need to have a doct on hand, checking ur liver, heart, kidney , blood work all the time..i mean day and nite

WELL FOR A RULE OF THUMB YOU SHOULD FOLLOW IT. BUT, AND I SAY BUT...MANY OF US KNOW OUR BODIES AND ALLOW FOR LONGER CYCLES. PROPER PLANNING AND EDUCATING YOURSELF WILL LET YOU GO LONGER

How do you do your blast/cruise Sven?

12-14 weeks heavy with test, tren or deca, EQ, and an oral.

4-6 weeks test only @ 250mgs/week. with var, nolva and arimidex.

adding slin tomorrow (november 1st) and gh december 1st.

26 weeks was my longest...1 gram a week of eq, and a low dose(300mg) test a week. Been off for 16 weeks, and looking to go back on a similar cycle very soon.(4-5 weeks out). Will up the test to about 600mg, and throw some tbol in there this time...up front, and again in the end!

Oh, yes i have kids too,LOL!
