Well I've tried the Loeffer 4T and it's vet stuff like QV and that stuff was very very painful! Prepare to walk with a limp throughout your whole cycle. I wouldn't advice the glutes if you have an 8 hour desk job like I do!NO PAIN, NO GAIN
