  • Starting cycle New years day...

How does this look? This is my 4th cycle. Im at 5'11" at 200 lbs 10%bf. I havent really done a test cycle before. Only played around with deca/fina/and lots of winny.

This is what it looks like:
    weeks 1-10 deca 600mg week
    weeks 1-10 sust 500 mgs a week
weeks 1-4 prop 400 mgs week (using prop vs dballs cause I have it on hand)
weeks 8-12 winny 50 mg ed

I tried sust once for a few weeks and I broke out so I stopped it. What would be the best route to prevent acne as well as estrogen conversion?

there is a lot of anti E's that u can use, nolva, arimidex, femara, cytadren, and the super AROMASIN.. as for acne... u can try some of the topical creams and gels... but accutane is the best (and the worst for ur liver)...

      Agreed

Looks like a decent cycle bro, but I would up the Test or lower the Deca so that you are doing more Test than Deca. I see you are doing this for weeks 1-4 by adding in the Prop, but after week 4, you will have more Deca than test.

          Just my opinion.

Good luck and way to start off the New Year!

Thanks for the replies bros. What I am really trying to do is AVOID the acne all together along with excess water weight. I dont want to look like a frikin blowfish if you know what I mean.. What would be the best way to prevent it? Would you use arimidex only or nolva with proviron, etc. What has worked for you welll in the past?
