  • Thoughts on using Formestane Post cycle??

Has anyone every used Formestane post cycle to help keep gains?

THE FOLLOWING WAS TAKEN FROM A ARTICLE USED TO PROMOTE A STERILE SUSPENSION OF FORMESTANE AVAILABLE OVER THE COUNTER.

Aromatase is the pain in the neck enzyme that grabs a hold of testosterone and other androgens and converts them into estrogen. The more this goes on in your body the less beneficial androgens you will have for muscle building, and the more estrogen you will have to make you look just a bit more like your little sister! Formestane is what is known as a "suicide inhibitor" of aromatase, which means it will irreversibly bind to the aromatase enzyme and permanently "put that sucka out of business!" In fact, it has been shown to inhibit 91.9% of aromatase enzyme production. Cool stuff, huh? Well, it doesn't stop there! Not enough? How about the fact that while several other popular estrogen inhibitors, including Nolvadex and Arimidex, decrease levels of one of the most powerful muscle building hormones in the body, IGF-1, Formestane actually increases it by 26%! You just gotta have this stuff now, right? Just give me another minute to tell you a few other tidbits about Formestane cause this stuff is truly "off the chain!"

    * It increases HPTA activity similar to HCG and Clomid combined, without the negative effects of either drug! And in addition has been shown to continue to increase HPTA activity above natural levels even after 22 weeks of continuous use. Yes, this means more naturally produced testosterone!
    * It decreases the number of progesterone receptors, which inhibits "trenbolone/deca-dick" type side effects and increases fat loss. (Yes, better sex drive too). Why focus on performance unless you are able to perform? It increases IGF-1 production as much as 26%
    * It decreases Steroid Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) by 34%, meaning there is that much more free testosterone/androgens flowing through your veins for enhanced anabolic activity naturally!
    * It inhibits DHT formation and activity.
    * It possesses 1% of the binding affinity of DHT to DHT receptors and has been shown to decrease prostate concerns such a BPH (benign prostate hyperplasia) in some research (Cool plus but not our marketing area).

Some say formestane is not optimal for pct therapy because its metabolites have slight anabolic properties which in high enough doses (which you are not taking) may further suppress the hpta or at least slow recovery.

I know that formestane and testolactone are newly proposed aromitase inhibitors and have fairly good anti-aromatase activity. Other steroid olefins have been synthesized that are extremely good inhibitors of aromatase. Im not sure why they mention the DHT binding affinity. One percent binding affinity of DHT to DHT receptors is worthless, because I highly doubt its competitive in nature.

I didnt realize that formestane was OTC. I believe from the journals I have read that it may be worth a try.

If it is OTC I suggest you buy it now. I doubt the FDA lets it stay.

I have seen studies where both letro and arimidex increase testosterone in users. Since a certain amount of conversion in aterial walls is necessary to prevent plaque formation, I would suggest arimidex which reduces T to E conversion by 60% and keep bloat away. Another point AI's post cycle can inhibit htpa recovery. In studies injectable Formestane is far more effective than oral.

Yes the formestane I am talking about is an OTC sterile oil suspension(ment for IM usage). Similer to HM gears Aromabolen PCT witch has been discontinued and is know illegal to sell.

Im sorry liftsiron butt what do you mean by AI's?

Do you agree with the following statement

It means Aromatase Inhibitor, such as arimidex etc
