Yea I just had a few 50mg zambons left over from a previos cycle. I wasnt looking to make any gains by hitting it up once a week just wanted to jab up the guns for a little extra pump.( i know its a pointless) my question was if you were a month into the recovery stage, and you hit up one of these zamboins would they halt your testes recovery.Comment

Winnie has a very short half life, which is why typically you need to take your daily 50mg in split dosages. So no it won't shut you down if you take 50mg once a week. But it will not help you either. Save it for next time.Comment

You should take 50mg every day, not just once a week. That's like taking a shower once a week.
