if you stuck, gear is not the answer... diet/training is in need. Gear will only temp fix your problem... guranteed you aint 5% aind if u are thats not healthy
Im a new user and I've been checking out these threads. I've been lifting serious for ~15 years and reached 30 this year. I don't have genetics on my side to say the least and am probably the hardest gainer in history at ~150lbs. Im contest lean at roughly 5% BF all year. I havent been able to gain a freakin pound in like 5 years. I have a family now and continue to lift and supplement basically just protein. I got interested in the thread as you mentioned anavar and winstrol. I've been reviewing sources and drug profiles, so the sideeffects are a big concern to me. I am a health care provider so I cant look stupid or freak out while doing patient care. I also do not want to lose my natural incredibly lean look, so Im not into f-ing up my metabolism, just gain a bit very gradually. I also want to keep it on the DL, as my wife would not be cool with this. I likely won't even tell my lifting partner. I'm lifting as heavy as possible, but have some mild shoulder instability and lurking thoracic/lumbar spine issues I have been able to keep at bay, but can't take much more abuse. Just looking for a leg up. What do you think about some mild cycles, use of winni or anavar? Hope to hear from you.
Ok, if im not 5% then roughly 8 years of university hydrostatic weighing all with consistent figures are lying. I have ripped out obliques all year and it'll takes me 6 weeks to have glute striations if desired. I do cardio only for heart health, not to get lean. My diet is clean, high in protein with roughly 5 meals a day. I can tell you my calories are what they need to be for growth. Training schedule is one body part per week with nauseating intensity to stimulate growth. Reps are kept low. I've done everything else to get things growing and it is not happening. If a cycle is not right for me, then it isn't. But I'm going to get a few educated opinions other than "try food" or "there's no way your 5%".
If u're 5'10'' and aint growing an educated opinion is u're not ready for a cycle dude... If u're actually 5%, whichj I dont think you are, then that's your first problem. That's no even a healthy BF to be at. And you dont eat enough... post up your big 3 numbers and how much cals you eat, than we can determine if u're ready
skar if the guy has hydro weiging then there is a good chance that he might be 5%. Some people are naturally very lean and working out only makes them leaner and harder. If what you say is true then you have been working out plenty long and everything looks good. you say your diet is on track i would like to look at it because you should be taking in atleast 300grams protein and 400cals being a hard gainer. however if you do want to persue aas i would start with a simple cycle of test enth or cyp at 400 to 600mg/week for 10-12 weeks and if you wanted yopu could end the cycle with 4 weeks of winni at 50mg/day
but skar you never know where this guy started he might have been 115 pounds and has already packed on 65 pounds on his frame if this is the fact and he started as a skinny hard gainer then he might be nearing his natural potential. i agree he could probably up his diet and he would make gains that's why i asked to see it. but either way if he decides to make the plunge i would rather him have a informed smart cycle to run.
James sounds like he knows what he's talking about and genuinely wouldn't mind helping a guy out. That's my opinion. First, you gotta tell me what the big 3's are and I can let you know. I will show you a contest photo in 99 and you will belive that I'm 5%. I'm telling you I know I am at my natural potential. At one time I made my living on training professional people and I know the in's and outs of diet and training. I am the hardest gainer there is. Im 150lbs soaking wet. I can squat 315 for 6 clean reps and currently bench ~230-240 1RM (250 PB). Consistency is not a problem, I have my own gym and the time. I havent counted calories in a while, but on lunch I roughly took down 1300kcal without a problem and Ill hit another 40g protein shake with 5g extra glutamine in another 2 hours, repeating this in addition to my diet 3X day. Im sure Im in excess of 2g per kg of BW. I have done this shit for so long I don't recall the specifics and its obviously time to do just that. Especially if Im considering furthering myself with a cycle. I can tell you this, that If I take any more freaking protein my organs are gonna shut down worse than from any cycle of anything. I will tell you about a hard gainer. If I do not train I actually lose mass. I don't gain weight, and I lose it very quick. I could drop 3-5 # eating fast food and watching TV in 1 week. Staying lean and breaking this f@#$Ring plateau is what I'm all about. My training partner has been passing me up fairly easily and we have been working out since 03. Appreciate any sound advice you may have.
bro your 30 you seem to have your diet and training in order from what you talk about. if you tihnk that you are ready go ahead and try a cycle of 500mg test for 12 weeks and try 30 mg dbol for the first for weeks. you should see good gains in size and strength. if you have anymore questions feel free to ask or you can even pm me if you need to.
