Fuzo,
I know that that is a common side effect with growth but I always thought it was at higher doses than 4iu's /day. are you supplementing with any T3.?

Fuzo,
4IU/day maybe to high to start with. I've been on G/H for awhile now and believe it or not if I go over the 2IU/day only AM shot, my hands get really numb at night and semi numb during the day. This is only my left hand. I've been told that you have to raise the dose a little over time, so your body can adjust. I've tried that and they still go numb.So maybe cut back a little and see what happens.Comment

normal..... i had it, it used to wake my up and my arms/hand are numb and i cant move it..it will subside after a while..start taking t3 with it.... i'am suprised that ur ankles don't bother u......Comment

FUZO, you might want to lower the dose. That happened to me too and by lowering my dose i was able to deal with that issue pretty well. I was taking JINO @ 5 ius/day then i had a better deal on some rHGH generic chinese brand so swicthed @ the same dosage: big mistake bc thats when it started killing me and i didn't understand why(?) Well, one of my main bros told me that somehow the generic was alot stronger than the JINO and that HE had to cut the dosage in 1/2 to get in the comfort zone. I did just that and now im fine. So, i ended up takin only 1 1/2 iu AM + 1 1/2 PM (total 3ius daily) instead of the 5ius daily on JINO! I dunno if thats ur case but maybe lowering it might help... Good luck bro!
