B5 helps some

B12 helps for appetite and metabolism, not acne. B5 is great for acne though.

I usually go 1000mcg EOD, but a lot of guys swear by 1000mcg ED. It's an easy shot since you can do it subcutaneous with a slin pin.

ive def noticed increased hunger from 1000mcg ed.
