wtf does that mean? In any case the man behind HC is a well known and respected source, who is private. I have dealt with him for over 2 years and have never heard a bad word about him from anyone. have you ever seen how small 5 mg of straight powder would be? need to add some sort of filler to it to be able to cap accuratly.
