    I really do not know my ass from my elbow when it comes to ECA since I've never ran it or considered it. lately, my CNS has been under some fire from heavy trainning, boxing + football. I would really just like a boost in CNS for my works outs.... Could I just use ephedra for this benefit?

    If so,, how much should I dose it, when should I take it, and should it be taken e/d or just when i train?

    Honestly bro, if you're just looking for a "boost"....Get something without the ephedra, this way when you come off it, your body will recover a bit better from the withdrawal.

    I only use ephedra/clen/t3 kind of strength when I want to lose some BF, otherwise I stick with ginseng tabs, green tea tabs, and/or yohimbine.....This stuff you can take during workout days and non workout days.....

      I agree....and I have stopped taking ephedra all together!

        l-tyrosine and green tea extract, these 2 together may not have quite the stimulation on the central nervous system as ephedrine, but will give a subtle boost of energy.

          thanks... that's really all I need is a boost in the CNS... after boxing, football, and heavy weigtht training it just sometimes dies on me in the gym and it sucks!

            I'm a big supporter of ECA personally. Been using since around 95 and have had no ill affects from it. I run 25 mgs. with two excederin pills which have caffeine and aspirin both in it and two of them put you at damn near perfect mix. I run once in the am and again in the late afternoon on lifting days only.

              Try AMPED by Metrx or NO-Xplode by BSN. Both are about the same. I take alittle bit before working out and the rest during workouts. It is great for energy and pumps!

                Since you are only looking for something to get you through your workout after an active day, a CNS stimulant with a short half-life would be the best for you. 25mg ephedrine or Albuterol (inhaler) would do the trick.
