I was only gonna take 500mg of suste total a week... 250 on mon and 250 on thurs.. same with the deca 300 mg on monday and 300 on thursday... i wasn't crazy.... 1000mg of suste will kill me guys... i'm not ur size at all...
bro deca is too much anythign more than 600 mg of deca gonna go to waste..i mean i'am 230 and i'am taking 600 now...if i was u 300 mg gonna be perfect..TRUST ME ON IT AND I LIKE UR SUS TWICE A WEEK AND HAPPY GROWING .

hey mike... i also checked the numbers on the deca 300... it hasn't been tested yet? SHould i be concerned...QV3 026 10/2007... that's the batch but they only tested batch # 025...

no worries..u have the new batch and it's not updated..u are fine..trust me on it
that's the way my partner is with prop, me on the other hand I can take prop ed with no problems.

No take DECA as 1 cc the same time...don't split it

No, I think he means take 1cc Sust and .5 deca...Same shot which is 1.5cc total
That will give you 500mgs Sust/Week and 300 mgs Deca/Week.

that's what i'm asking... should i take a my deca at .5cc on monday and thuirs or do i just take it all on moday and then just shoot only the suste on thurs
